    • It is important to choose people who are competent in different areas and who are willing to devote time over the next 4 month preparation period.

    • Preferably, your organization team should be TOTALFIT coaches, people familiar with TOTALFIT, or experts in the field of: administration, Social Media Marketing (SMM), organizational skills, training, projects and other event organization.

    Date

    1. Choose a convenient date, taking into account holidays and weekends.
    2. Check whether the date of the training allows for at least 4 months of preparation time.

    • Based on five years of organizing TOTALFIT trainings, we've discovered that a minimum organization time of 16 weeks (4 months) is optimal to ensure a high-quality, well-organized, and successful training. We recommend starting your preparation 16 weeks before the training.

    • If you find that you do not have 16 weeks of preparation time available before the desired date, please know that Totalfit expects all given tasks to be completed before the date of training.
